Distributors may select one of three options:
To provide for distribution of the software, collection of
payments, and limited (30 days) technical support. Distributors choosing
this option will receive 40% of retail price($199.95) of payments received
by Anet from those customers to whom you have been the sales and support
contact.
To provide for distribution of the software, and collection
of payments, without providing any tech support. Distributors choosing this
option will receive 30% of payments received by Anet from the customers who
downloaded this copy of the program.
To include the demo copy of the program in CD-Roms they
produce and on their Web sites Distributors choosing this option will
receive 10% of payments received by Anet from the customers who downloaded
this copy of the program. The demo copy itself might be a good gift to your
customers since it allows to create small help files (up to 10 topics) and
has no time restrictions.
If you are concerned about handling the traffic for setup kit
downloads on your web site we can keep it on our site. You just need to
establish a link to the setup file and promote this link in a reasonable manner.
The better exposure the you provide for AnetHelpTool the more registrations will
be generated to your credit.
Below we describe the scheme how we are going to track of
registrations and inform each other about that:
We can develop a specific registration system for every
distributor. The idea is to give distributors another version of AHTool. We will
make a link to a registration form from a help file. The registration form will
be special for every distributor and contain an address of distributor (your
address for example). When a customer fills out the registration form the file
"register.txt" is generated. In the "register.txt" customer
will see a payment instruction including the distributor's address if
distributor selected options 1 or 2 (see above). This file (or printed copy)
needs to be sent to distributor to initiate the payment. Another file
"notify1.txt" will be generated as the same time. It will have
instrutions to send it via e-mail to Anet for our records. In case the
distributor does not want to accept payments (option 3 is selected) the
"notify1.txt" has to be sent to the distributor and
"register.txt" will be sent to Anet.
After customer receives a password and ID and enters that into
the program and another file "notify2.txt" will be generated. It will
contain instructions to send it to Anet if distributor accepted money or to
distributor if Anet accepted money. We will give a number of passwords to every
distributor if they accept payments.
